Innovation is once again at the centre of many corporations' strategies and plans. The key to sustainable innovation has been the subject of much enquiry. Organizations that combine an understanding of behaviour in their people within an enabling social framework appear to be consistently innovative. Interactives assesses this in terms of the degree of connectivity (social and formal networks, peer acceptance) and subjectivity (organic vs mechanistic approach) in the organization's processes.
